When is the deadline for an appellant to file a reply brief in Texas?
If the appellant would like to file a reply brief (replying to the appellee’s brief), the deadline to do so is generally 20 days after the appellee’s brief was filed. See Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.6(b).
