Which Texas court of appeals districts have overlapping jurisdiction?
The Fifth District and Sixth District share Hunt County. The Sixth District and Twelfth District share Gregg, Rusk, Upshur, and Wood counties. The First District and Fourteenth District share all of their counties. See Texas Government Code section 22.201(a).
