In a Texas appeal, does the clerk’s record include the entire trial court file?
Generally, the clerk’s record does not include the entire trial court file. Rather, the clerk’s record will include certain documents which are required to be included and will also include any documents which a party specifically requests. See Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5.
