In a Texas appeal, when is the deadline to file an appellate docketing statement?
There is not a specific deadline to file a docketing statement. However, the docketing statement should be filed in the court of appeals promptly after filing a notice of appeal. See Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 32.1.
