What is an “agreed record” in a Texas appeal?

Instead of a clerk’s record and reporter’s record, the parties to an appeal may agree on the contents of the appellate record. An agreed record will generally be presumed to contain all of the evidence and filings relevant to the appeal. See Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.2.
